KATE
I trained at Art College and spent 20 years illustrating children's books.  I am also a serial house builder and renovator, an addiction I have so far failed to cure!  M.E on the other hand, is a thing of the past now. As with so many other M.E sufferers, mine started after a prolonged period of stress. I was frequently ill with coughs, colds and tonsilitis and then eventually crashed with pneumonia. I wasn't recovering and nine months later, after many tests, I was diagnosed with M.E and had it for nearly 5 years.

My symptoms included severe fatigue, fybromyalgia, migraines, brain fog, confusion and memory loss, depression, irritable bowel and nausea, to name but a few ! The Lightning Process has been brilliant for clearing all the M.E symptoms very quickly. I now have more energy and am happier than I was before becoming unwell. (my full story is on the Recovery Stories page).

Now it is a privilege and joy to be a Lightning Process Practitioner and help people achieve the fantastic results that change their lives so profoundly.

My Diploma is in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching and I am a Certified NLP Practitioner and Licenced Lightning Process Practitioner.

STEVE
I spent much of my previous working life living in Snowdonia where I was a mountaineering instructor running outdoor activity and personal development courses. After meeting Kate I moved south to take up the building challenge of a lifetime and we converted a barn into a lovely home in rural West Wales. At the same time I helped to set up and develop a successful youth centre from scratch. We have now moved to Suffolk so that our son can go to Summerhill, a democratic school. 

After seeing Kate recover so quickly from M.E, I then learnt the Process and successfully used it to clear my own stress symptoms as well as hayfever, asthma and insomnia. The Process has changed both our lives so dramatically that I decided to become a practitioner because I believe that the Lightning Process will prove to be the most effective transformational tool of our time. 

My Diploma is in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching.
I am a Certified NLP Practitioner, a Licenced Lightning Process Practitioner and an Advanced PSYCH-K Practitioner.

Training
We have both trained with Phil Parker, originator and designer of the Lightning Process and Principal of the European College of Holistic Medicine in London.

Steve studied PSYCH-K with Internationally renowned Instructors, Lars Steinberg and Larry Valmore

We are both committed to our own on-going professional development and we are currently undertaking our Master Practitioner training in NLP. We are also Coaches to students on the Diploma course.
