I trained at Art College and spent 20 years illustrating children's books.  I am also a serial house builder and renovator, an addiction I have so far failed to cure!  M.E on the other hand, is a thing of the past now. As with so many other M.E sufferers, mine started after a prolonged period of stress. I was frequently ill with coughs, colds and tonsillitis and then eventually crashed with pneumonia. I wasn't recovering and nine months later, after many tests, I was diagnosed with M.E and had it for nearly 5 years.

My symptoms included severe fatigue, fybromyalgia, migraines, brain fog, confusion and memory loss, depression, irritable bowel and nausea, to name but a few ! The Lightning Process has been brilliant for clearing all the M.E symptoms very quickly. I now have more energy and am happier than I was before becoming unwell. (my full story is on the Recovery Stories page).

Now it is a privilege and joy to be an advanced Lightning Process practitioner and help people achieve the fantastic results that change their lives so profoundly.

My Diploma is in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching and I am a Certified NLP Practitioner and Advanced Lightning Process Practitioner.

STEVE
I have over 20 years experience in training and development work with young people and adults in the public and private sector. I have also been involved in fundraising (over £250K raised for youth projects to date) and project management, and I am currently a trustee for the A. S. Neill Summerhill Trust.. 

After seeing Kate recover from ME, I then learnt the Process and successfully used it to clear my own fatigue which had plagued me since having glandular fever, as well as hay fever, asthma and insomnia. The Process has changed both our lives so dramatically that I decided to become a practitioner because I believe that the Lightning Process will prove to be one of the biggest advancements in human change during the 21st Century. 

My Diploma is in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching.
I am a Certified NLP Practitioner, an Advanced Lightning Process Practitioner and an Advanced PSYCH-K Practitioner.

Training
We have both trained with Phil Parker, originator and designer of the Lightning Process and Principal of the Phil Parker Training Institute in London.

Steve studied PSYCH-K with Internationally renowned Instructors, Lars Steinberg and Larry Valmore
We are both committed to our own on-going professional development and we are currently undertaking our Master Practitioner training in NLP. We are also Coaches to students on the Diploma course.
