What is the Lightning Process? What does it work for? What does it cost?

Our practice is in Suffolk, East Anglia. The training programmes are usually held at our peaceful country home which is near Southwold in Suffolk. We also periodically work at clinics in Ipswich, Dunwich, Halesworth and Woodbridge. We are 2 ¼ hours by train from Liverpool Street station in London, and 2 hours drive from the M25 and Stansted airport.
